WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICES?

Any teen or adult who currently resides in the state of Alabama.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

After receiving your inquiry, I will reach out to you within 24 business hours. After collecting some general information about your needs, I'll contact you to schedule a consultation or first appointment. Your consultation will provide you with an opportunity to meet your therapist, discuss your goals, and ask any additional questions you may have.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

$120 for Individual sessions (50-60 minutes). I reserve a small portion of my practice for clients who need a reduction in fees. If you cannot afford the full fee, feel free to inquire about lower fee slots. If available, I am more than happy to accommodate you!

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I currently am not accepting insurance. However, if you have a PPO insurance plan, I am happy to provide you with a statement (superbill) to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You are encouraged to call your insurance company and ask what their reimbursement policy is for out-of-network providers.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT?

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made through credit card or debit.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Your appointment time is specially reserved for you. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are subject to the full fee for the appointment time.
